SuncoastOps is Drew's solo automation practice. The work grew out of building internal lead-intake, reporting, and delivery workflows for operations at MAK Digital. That operator perspective shapes the approach: understand the real process first, automate only the parts that should be automated, and leave the business with a system it can understand and own.
Local enough to work in the room
SuncoastOps is based in Sarasota and focuses on Florida service businesses, including pool service, home services, legal practices, and accounting or bookkeeping firms. Remote work is possible when the workflow and engagement are a good fit.
